Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us — modulo8 GmbH, Maria-Goeppert-Straße 1, 23562 Lübeck, Germany, email: hello@withmo.io — by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, though it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

If you requested that use of withmo begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the service already provided up to the point at which you notify us of your exercise of the right of withdrawal, compared to the full scope of the services provided for in the contract.

If you wish to use withmo immediately after the contract is concluded, and therefore before the withdrawal period expires, we will ask for your explicit consent during registration or plan selection, as well as your confirmation that you are aware of the payment consequence described in Section 2 in the event of withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for service contracts if we have fully performed the service and only began performance after you gave your explicit consent to this and simultaneously confirmed your awareness that you lose your right of withdrawal once we have fully performed the contract (§ 356(4) BGB).
